Tea Chef (3pm to 6pm Monday -Friday)

As our Tea Chef, you will be responsible for creating and serving a variety of high-quality teas to our 20 residents. You will have the opportunity to create comforting and delightful tea experiences that enhance their daily routines and promote relaxation and well-being.

• Prepare and serve a selection of teas to residents, taking into consideration their preferences and dietary restrictions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the tea preparation area.
• Engage with residents in a friendly and respectful manner, ensuring their satisfaction with the tea service.

The role is Monday – Friday 3.00pm – 6.00pm, with a possibility of overtime with baking at home to bring in.

Requirements

• Prior experience in tea preparation or a similar role is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
• A passion for providing exceptional service and creating positive experiences for others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Understanding of basic hygiene and safety standards.
